Form 3.1 had great fun experimenting with balloon rockets. The experiment explores Newton's Law of Motion that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. As the air is released from the balloon, it pushes against the outside air and the outside air pushes back. As a result the rocket is propelled forward by the opposing force. We had a race to see which team had the fastest rocket and Chris and Olivier were the winners.
