There was great excitement amongst the Junior and Senior Infant classes on Friday, March 8th, as they welcomed their grandparents into their classrooms. The children enjoyed showing their grandparents around the school as well as the work they’ve completed during the year. Both classes recited a poem and sang a song to their grandparents. The boys enjoyed making lovely art for this special occasion and we decorated the hall. Grandparents visited the classroom after. Both boys and grandparents had a great day and I’m sure it’s one they’ll always remember!
