Last Wednesday, our Green Schools Committee took part in a Walkability Audit. Our theme is 'travel'. The audit was a review of the area outside our school and how pedestrian friendly it is.
Our Green Schools Committee along Ms Hogan, Ms Healy and our Green Schools Travel Officer walked a 1km route around the school. We recorded positive and negative points about the route based on the overall condition it was in and how safe it was to walk to school. The boys recorded their findings and learned a lot.
