Monday, June 8th, was the most eagerly awaited day in the school year for the 6th class boys — the annual Staff v Student football match. The 6th class boys formed six teams of 10 and rotated every 10 minutes. The staff team had no such luxury and had to field the same 10 players for the entire match. The game was very competitive, with lots of deft, accurate passing, clean tackles, and great shots on goal from both teams. Luckily, the experience of the staff team showed over the fitness and skill of the 6th class teams, and the staff team emerged victorious once again! A big thank you to Mr. Dan Monahan for organising the match and to all the staff who put their bodies on the line to play!
